Dr. L.N.Rajaram is a Founder-Director of Expert Software Consultants Ltd and Kritilabs Technologies.
He founded the Local Community Exchange Empowerment Trust having found immense significance in Gandhiji’s concept of Gram Swaraj in the era of Globalization that has destroyed the local economy.
An engineering graduate from IIT Kharagpur and a PhD in Software Engineering from BITs Pilani, Dr. Rajaram has had an illustrious career beginning with the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research. He went on to become a Joint Director, in the Department of Electronics , New Delhi. In both these institutions he worked in the cutting edge of Information Technology and brought to bear his knowledge and skills while delivering high end solutions and products to customers in Government and Private Corporations. He excelled in Software development, Project management, Software Processes, Personal and Team level Processes. He has consulted with and trained personnel in many organizations including the United Nations, Microsoft, ITC, Standard Charted Bank, Symbian, Infosys, L&T, etc.
He has also brought to bear his technology expertise for improving the quality of life of the communities by providing long distance WiFi links to get internet to schools and villages for delivering mentoring services to school children and monitoring projects and introducing new methods for teaching mathematics and spoken English.

Dr. Mukul K Sinha – Trustee
Dr. Mukul K Sinha is the Founder Director of Expert Software Consultants Ltd., a company involved in product development, and consultancy services in the niche area of Web services, Internet Based Applications, Large Database Applications, Mobile Applications, and Indic Languages. The company has business relations with Govt. organizations like CDOT, TIFAC, CDAC, NIC; R&D institutions like IIIT Hyderabad, IIT Delhi, AU-KBC Center, and various other private companies, local and international.
He has been associated with various committees of Dept. of Information Technology (DIT), Govt. of India. Specially, in the field of Indic Languages, Speech Processing, and Machine Translation, he has been associated with TDIL (Technology Development in Indian Languages) Committees of DIT since almost last fifteen years.
He is an ex-Research Scientist of Computer Group, Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Mumbai (1971-86), and was associated with IIT Delhi as External Faculty in Dept. of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering (1986-94), and was earlier Visiting Scientist at Laboratory of Computer Science, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge USA (1979-80).
Earlier he was full time researcher for almost seventeen years, in the field of Computer Science and has good number of publications in IEEE Transactions on Software Engineering and other referred Journals. His research career covers the fields of Programming Languages, Operating System, Distributed Database Systems, Transaction Processing, Software Engineering, Multi-media Usability, and Software Education.
Presently, he guides candidates for their Ph.D. theses in Computer Science, and till date five of his students have completed their Ph.D in the fields of Software Testing, Software Quality Assurance, Digital Security Infrastructure, Usability and Software Education.
He was earlier associated as National Project Person with UNESCO for Computer Informatics Laboratory of Indira Gandhi National Center for Arts (IGNCA), New Delhi between 1996-99, and as Project Consultant with UNIDO, Vienna (1992-95) for an IT project for Nigerian Govt. Presently, he is an Expert Member of the Synchronizer Steering Committee set up by European Commission under Framework Programme 7 (FP7) (Project no. 248867) to boost the impact of Euro-India ICT policy dialogue.
He has B.Sc. (Engineering) from Bihar Institute of Technology, Sindri, M.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and Ph.D. in Computer Science from Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Bombay.
He is a Senior Member IEEE since last 25 years.
Saloni Malhotra – Trustee
An engineer from the University of Pune, Saloni Malhotra is the Founder of DesiCrew Solutions Pvt Ltd. She started her career in an interactive media start up, Web Chutney in Delhi. The Rural BPO concept was started-off as a project under the mentorship of Dr. Ashok Jhunjhunwala at TeNeT group, IIT Madras in Jan 2005.
Saloni’s work with DesiCrew has been featured in leading newspapers and magazines across the globe such as Business Week, Business Today, The Economic Times, Fast Company and The Hindu amongst others. She has been nominated for Business Week Asia’s Best Youngest Entrepreneurs, MTV Youth Icon 2008, E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year 2008 and also facilitated in the presence of the President of India by the CII. She is the recipient of FICCI’s Best Women Social Entrepreneur Award (2009) and TIE Stree Shakthi Award (2011).
Saloni served as the CEO of DesiCrew from 2007 to 2011 and is currently on the Board of Directors at DesiCrew.
